One of everything, please.
I sign up for giveaways here and there and never really think my name will get drawn. Well, this time it did. And for an awesome prize. I signed up on Design Mom's blog for the Stubby Pencil Studio Giveaway and I won out of 1140 comments! Wow! Now I have $150 to go spend at Stubby Pencil Studio which sounds like a lot of cash to spend but that means I actually have to narrow down from my list of one of everything on their site. Check them out here! They have all sorts of fun art and school supplies, toys, cute bags, backpacks, lunch bags, personalized stationery, gifts and are eco-friendly. I love companies who have products that encourage children to create. Here are a few things I like from their site:
If I had kids in school I'd be all over these Smart Smencils: NEW for back to school - Smart Smencils are pencils made from 100% recycled newspaper and scented with peppermint. Science has confirmed it: the scent of peppermint stimulates brain activity and improves concentration. Recent studies showed increased test scores in children who were exposed to the scent of peppermint during testing. Smart Smencils - give your brain a boost!
Oooh, how about these Colored Smencils? They are made from 100% recycled newspaper and smell like Bubble Gum, Cherry, Tropical Blast, Grape, Cotton Candy, Very Berry, Chocolate, Orange, Watermelon and Rootbeer. Fun!
I could use these extra fine drawing pencils for the baby portraits I've been meaning to draw of my children.
I'm loving these Big Pencils for Small Hands.
And these Jumbo Triangle Pencils. They're just 5" long and stubby. Perfect for my two year old.
These star crayons are made from 100% recycled crayons. How cool is that?
Or check out these crayon rocks. They're made from non-toxic soy wax. More perfect things for little hands
This banana notebook is 100% tree free.
They have all sorts and sizes of journals and sketch books.
You can be sure a couple of these cute kids aprons will be on my list. They are adjustable and acrylic lined so they are water and soil resistant.
These arm bibs would be perfect with the aprons for painting projects. They keep kiddos sleeves protected from dragging around in the mess.
I have a set of watercolor pencils but check out these watercolor crayons.
In addition to those great art supplies they've got lots of retro games like Marbles, Dominoes, Jumbo Jacks & Tiddley-Winks.
They have all sorts of wooden interactive toys. On my list are this memory game, these cute mushroom kaleidoscopes, a lace up shoe and little bug spinners.
They have all sorts of fun kits to make. I'm loving this do-it-yourself kit where you can make a truck, race car, bug or a train.
They have recycled color-your-own notecards for all occasions and personalized stationery as well.
Okay, I think I've rambled enough. I'm off to shop!
